Abstract:
berberine hydrochloride (BC) was extracted and purified from Coptis chinensis Franch. The interaction between BC and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied by UV spectrum and fluorescence spectrum (FS), the phenomenon that the fluorescence emission spectrum of BSA is split by BC is explained, and the two heavy peaks belong to tryptophan and tyrosine residues respectively. The results show that the static quenching and non radiation energy transfer are the two major reasons for the fluorescence quenching of BSA by BC, the apparent binding constants KA of BC and BSA were 8.66 × 1 0 4 L/mol( 3 0 ℃) and 8.72 × 1 0 4 L/mol( 3 7 ℃ ) , the number of binding sites of BC on the BSA molecule is (3 .1±0 .2) No. The distance between the fluorescent amino acid residues in the BC and BSA molecules was 3 .75 nm (30 C) and 3 .62 nm (37 ℃ ) , indicating that part of the BC fragment can be inserted into the BSA molecule. The thermodynamic function calculation results show that the interaction process is a spontaneous supramolecular interaction process with an increase in entropy and a decrease in Gibbs free energy, and it is concluded that the hydrophobic interaction between BC and BSA is the main one.

Abstract:
Objective: to investigate the effect of Coptis chinensis and berberine hydrochloride on Helicobacter pylori (H. In vitro antibacterial activity of pylori). Methods: The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Coptis chinensis and berberine hydrochloride were determined by disk diffusion method and liquid ratio dilution method. Results: for H. The MIC of pylori was 70% g/ml for Coptis 0.0156 alcohol extract and 0.025g/ml for berberine hydrochloride. Conclusion: Coptis chinensis and berberine hydrochloride on H.pylori has certain antibacterial activity, and Coptis chinensis has relatively good antibacterial activity.Key words:

Abstract:
Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of berberine hydrochloride (BBR) on type 2 diabetic patients with fatty liver and its possible mechanism. Methods 30 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with fatty liver were selected, BBR05g/time, 3 times/d oral, followed up for 8 weeks, observed the relevant indicators. Results after BBR treatment, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) decreased to normal (P0001), serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC) and body mass index (BMI) were significantly lower than before treatment (p≤ 0001), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) decreased (P0001) compared with before treatment, calculated and compared the value of homeostasis model insulin resistance Index (Homa IR) and homeostasis model insulin sensitivity index (Homa AI), the difference was significant (P0005,P = 0001). Conclusion The application of BBR in type 2 diabetic patients with fatty liver can effectively improve insulin resistance, improve insulin sensitivity, and have the effect of reducing enzyme, lowering blood sugar and regulating lipid.stowed
